DUE TO OUR TRAVELS, WITH A FEIS EACH WEEKEND, SOMETIMES TWO, WE SHIP MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. ITEMS ORDERED OVER THE WEEKEND WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ON MONDAYS (UNLESS ITS A HOLIDAY). IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF SOMETHING RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE E-MAIL US TO GIVE US ENOUGH TIME TO SHIP OUT THE MERCHANDISE.

NO CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED UNTIL THE DAY THE MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED OUT. CUSTOMERS ARE CHARGED FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE AND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST (NO FLAT RATES APPLY) AFTER THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED OUT.

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAINTAIN OUR INVENTORY. ON OCCASION, HOWEVER, WITH A FEIS EACH WEEKEND, WE MAY HAVE FEWER ITEMS IN STOCK. IN THE EVENT THAT WE DON'T HAVE ONE OF YOUR ITEMS IN STOCK, AND WE CANNOT GET THE ITEM FROM THE MANUFACTURER, WE WILL E-MAIL YOU. YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF CHANGING TO ANOTHER ITEM, CANCELING THE ITEM, OR WAITING FOR THE ITEM. ALL BACK-ORDERED ITEMS WILL REMAIN ON BACK-ORDER UNLESS WE ARE INSTRUCTED BY YOU TO CANCEL THAT ITEM. SOME MANUFACTURERS IMPORT ITEMS THAT OCCASIONALLY HAVE EXTENDED BACK-ORDERS THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP YOU INFORMED REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER.

YOU MAY RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR AN EXCHANGE. ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN, USED OR TAMPERED WITH AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKING. IF ITEMS ARE IN LESS THAN PERFECT CONDITION THE ITEM WILL BE SENT BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE INVOICE AND A NOTE ON WHY THE MERCHANDISE IS BEING EXCHANGED.
